MEMO

SUBJECT: Productivity and quality-control problems.

As you know our productivity has fallen in the last trimester, this was happened due to the fact that we ordered 6 new machines wich was installed incorrectly. Moreover the new control system was so confuse, that all our engineers need time to got used to it.

That caused the problems in productivity and quality-control.

In addition to this many workers quited, and many others were fired three weeks ago, that brought shortage problems in the plant, due to that it was necesary ,that many employes worked extra hours causing a decrease in their personal productivity.

In order to solved all this problems. new people are being hired right now and all our employes had been trained in the use of the new system, that is making us working faster and efficiently.
Besides this all the quality-control procedures are being reviewed, because I belived that the old system wasn't worked enough well.

It is expected that we will have recovered our normal leves of productivity by the next month.
We are expecting that our productivity can incrase 2.3% in few weeks. and reach a 5.3% by next trimester.

Please let me know if you have a suggestion or complaint.

Dear Ms. Marks

I'm very sorry that you have had a problem, with your dvd player.
First at all, we need to know what could be the problem in order to find it, please follow the next instructions.

1. Before your install your equipment, please read the product information guide wich comes with your Dvd player.

2. If you have read the information guide and your equipment has been installed correctly, and still it isn't work, please call costumer support to 01-999-888.

3. If the problem couldn't be solved yet, it is probably that you product may have a production default, in this case the company, would offer you two diferent optios.

First we can send you a replace equipment, and it will be at your home in three working days.
The other option would be refund your money to your account, it may takes two weeks.
